I knew that Marc knew what he was talking about because I had two quotes, prior. The previous quotes didn’t outline any potential delays or minor additional expenses in “worse case” scenarios. As a result, I felt confident and prepared before he arrived.
He was polite and considerate, brought mats to protect furniture, texted instead of knocking (in case he woke someone), took off his shoes and proceeded to work with the muscle memory of someone who’s done this a 1000 times before. Upon completion, he was genuinely concerned whether I was happy. He finished just a little after the time he expected to complete everything because of a minor defect he uncovered and corrected.
Post service, he followed up with texts that provided additional information to my new installments. All round, an enjoyable experience and I can’t say I’ve ever experienced remodeling as an “enjoyable” experience before.
